When is a live tutor the actual alternative?
When the gap is understanding, not materials. CANtutor AI is a live voice session: you explain out loud where you are stuck, hold the page up to the camera or share your screen, and the tutor writes the working out on a shared whiteboard as it talks. It starts in Learn mode, which teaches the method and asks you to do the next step, and it will not simply hand over the answer unless you switch to the labelled Answer mode, which warns you at the point of use.
It also works from the documents a note generator never sees. Upload the assignment brief and the rubric, and the per-assignment chat and the AI Grader read them. Where your school permits it, Google Classroom brings the assignments, due dates, attachments and rubrics in on its own. Google Classroom connects for personal Google accounts and for school accounts where the district permits third-party apps. Some districts block it; if yours does, everything else still works and you upload your material instead.
