Practice quizzes
A practice quiz is the fastest way to find out what you do not know, which is a different question from what you feel shaky about — and the two disagree more often than students expect. The quizzes come back with full worked solutions, so the review is the study session.
Open Practice Quizzes
It is in the Study section of the sidebar.
Say what to test you on
Narrow beats broad. "Integration by parts" produces a more useful set than "calculus", because a set that samples an entire course tests four things once instead of one thing eight times.
Work it without checking
Resist revealing the solution question by question. The value is in finding out where you actually stop, and a hint at question three hides the fact that you would have stalled there on the exam.
Read the solutions you got right too
A right answer reached by a slow or lucky method is worth knowing about, and the worked solution is where you find out there was a two-line version.
Come back to it
Past quizzes are listed underneath the generator on the same page, so you can re-work a set from last week without regenerating it.
Common questions
Can I get a quiz on a specific chapter of my textbook?
Yes. Describe the topic in your own words — or paste in the section heading and the list of subtopics — and the set will follow it. It does not need to have your textbook to test the material in it.
Are the answers ever wrong?
It can be wrong, like any AI system. Worked solutions make that easier to catch than a bare answer key, because you can see the reasoning and check the step you disagree with. If something looks off, ask about it in a session.
Where do my old quizzes go?
They stay on the Practice Quizzes page, listed under Past quizzes with the subject and question count, and they open again in full.
Still stuck?
The support page goes to a real mailbox, and a reply comes back from a person.
